As a **Construction Project Engineer** , you will be part of the **Engineering & Operations** department supporting **construction and production teams** . The ideal candidate will have **strong organizational skills** , **a high sense of accountability** , and **the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders** , which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Construction Project Engineer 2
**Location:** 100% Onsite 29 Country Lane, South Hill, VA 23970
**Pay Range:** $45/hr. $49/hr. (W2)
**Whats the Job?**
+ Interpret and apply engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints to support production and quality assurance
+ Conduct time and motion studies to improve workflow efficiency and production standards
+ Plan and assign work in coordination with capacity, schedules, and resource availability
+ Monitor equipment and processes to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
+ Prepare charts, diagrams, and reports to illustrate production layouts and performance metrics
**Whats Needed?**
+ Bachelors degree in Engineering
+ 24 years of experience in a construction or industrial engineering role
+ Proficiency in CAD and other engineering software tools
+ Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
