Job Summary :
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting customers through onboarding and deployment of our new product offerings. This position requires a highly motivated and organized individual to work closely with our sales and customer onboarding team for s eamles s deploy ment of our traditional retail onboarding and Digital Retail Solution s products . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer servic e and have experience handling both project coordination and customer-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively to deliver a cohesive customer onboarding experience

  • Support customers through onboarding and deployment of our traditional CiT service and new product offerings by managing day-to-day onboarding tasks

  • Coordinate customer application approvals, place product orders, align installation timing, system provisioning, and provide training materials

  • Deploy CIT service changes

  • Serve as customer support for the first two weeks of go - live

  • S upport Brinks U.S. corporate financial objectives by developing and executing project s to plan

  • Foster a positive environment where co-workers and customers are encouraged to seek guidance and provid e feedback

  • Use the Microsoft O ffice S uite to track and communicate project s , processes, and tasks

  • Own the end- to -end activity for assigned projects, promote a culture of excellen ce for all customers

  • Perform other duties as assigned or necessary

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service role

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in a project management/coordination role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in a customer service role

  • 3+ years experience in a project management /coordination role
