We are looking for an HVAC Installer to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:

Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systemsInspect and perform equipment repairs and replacementsPerform routine preventive maintenanceRespond to emergency service requestsAdhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in HVACFamiliarity with HVAC wiring diagramsAbility to handle physical workloadStrong problem solving and critical thinking skillsSt. Louis County journeyman license is a plusCompany DescriptionFamily-owned Morgner Inc. Don Morgner started the business in 1965 and became a Lennox dealer in 1966, purchasing Binkley Heating & Sheet Metal in Webster Groves in 1971. The business then moved to its present location on S. Brentwood Blvd. in 1989.

In 1991, Don purchased Town & Country Climate Control Specialists from a friendly competitor who was retiring, and by 1992 he had began turning the business over to his three sons, Steve, Rick, and Mike.
