From dismantling grain elevators to installing custom-fabricated systems, your work will keep America's food and fuel infrastructure running strong. What You'll Be Doing Assemble and install steel structures and mechanical systems. Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings. Perform welding (Stick, MIG, TIG) and fabrication. Execute complex rigging and precision alignments. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment on-site. Work in diverse environmentsgrain elevators, ethanol plants, and more. What You Bring to the Table 1+ year of stick welding experience. 1+ year using power and hand tools. 6+ months of job site welding or fabrication. Comfortable working atheightsand intight spaces. Strong mechanical skills and a safety-first mindset. Bonus Skills (Nice to Haves) Millwright, mechanic, or technician background . Pipe fitting, threading, and installation.
