  • Champion safety by identifying risks, implementing solutions, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards
  • Reduce costs through resource planning, inventory control, scrap reduction, and overtime management
  • Monitor attendance, performance, and training needs, providing regular feedback and development opportunities
  • Maintain high standards for organization and cleanliness using 5S methodology
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues as needed to keep operations running smoothly
  • Partner cross-functionally to remove production roadblocks and elevate performance

What You Bring:

  • 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications a plus
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others
  • Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing concepts (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, visual management)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP experience (SAP preferred)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including occasional weekends or overtime

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Requires manual dexterity and visual acuity to work with machinery and tools
