Foreman

As the Foreman, you are responsible for overseeing the installation of commercial roofing systems. This role requires proficiency in working with roofing projects, overseeing subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and upholding safety standards. You will play a key role in supervising the installation process, managing labor and material inventories, and providing training and support to both crews and subcontractors.

• Supervise all installation of commercial roofing systems.
• Provide labor projections and material inventory on the jobsites.
• Supervise subcontractors.
• Attend weekly job site meetings.
• Provide training for crew and subcontractors.
• Ensuring quality control and safety guidelines and job specifications are met.
• Conduct meeting with crew and subcontractors.
• Reading project drawing and job details.
• Track job progress, manage equipment inspections, and generate daily reports using Procore.
• Follow directions and complete tasks as assigned.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing.
• Proficient in using project management software such as Procore to track job progress, manage equipment inspections, and generate daily reports.
• Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• OSHA-30 Certificate
• Ability to travel for work, including overnight stays.
