Job Description
Our company is seeking an experienced Lead Foremen to help oversee new builds and remodels. In this role, you will manage a crew of 2-4 individuals depending on the scale and timeline of each project. You will be required to complete several tasks directly or with your team. You will oversee and allocate resources for several ongoing and upcoming construction projects. You must be organized and strategic in order to schedule subcontractors, follow blueprints and technical diagrams, place material orders, address project issues and schedule your projects with the Project Management Office (PMO). You are required to review work for completion and code compliance and enforce workplace safety regulations. We are looking for a reliable individual with excellent workmanship. This is a growth opportunity position.

Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee multi-phase projects, schedule subcontractors and coordinate with the Project Management Office (PMO)
- Construction and carpentry experience
- Physical stamina to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
- Organizational and time management skills- Minimum 2 years as a contractor, carpenter, mason, framer or other
- Proven experience in a leadership capacity
- Supervise a crew of 2-4 construction professionals during construction projects
- Oversee all construction activities with excellent attention to detail for assigned projects
- Assign construction tasks to workers and complete tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Ensure that all projects are on time, on budget, and progressing as planned
Required Skills and Education
- High School Diploma or GED
- Construction and carpentry experience
- Physical stamina to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail
- Organizational and time management skills
- Construction Management Association of America Certification and/or American Institute of Constructors Certification a plus
- Proven experience in a leadership capacity, references from 2-3 former employers
Ability to change job sites and work with different clients
