The Team

Fidelity Corporate Risk Management is a global organization dedicated to protecting Fidelitys customers, associates, and brand. We do this by helping Fidelitys business manage operational, regulatory and financial risk. The Project Management Office is responsible for working with our business and technology partners in delivering results associated with strategic initiatives and a multi-million-dollar technology portfolio aligned with Risk mandates.

The Expertise You Have

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of working experience, preferably within financial services.
  • 3+ years of project management experience with a strong understanding of PM methodologies and tools, PMP certification a plus.

The Skills You Bring

  • Your ability to define, manage and successfully deliver corporate risk projects tied to Corporate Risks Project Management Office (PMO) portfolio management goals.
  • Advanced organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, able to integrate stakeholders across multiple levels of the technology and business organizations.
  • Able to effectively respond to a dynamically changing work environments and positively influence outcomes through stakeholder accountability.
  • Extensive experience with MS Office Suite, PowerPoint/PDF, SharePoint and work tracking tools (Jira, Archer). MS Project experience a plus.

The Value You Deliver

  • Project Initiation, Scoping & Planning Define scope, identify stakeholders, hold kickoff meetings and develop detailed schedules based on the defined project objectives.
  • Monitoring & Controlling Outcomes Drive projects to completion on-time and within budget. Track and report progress through ongoing stakeholder meetings using Corporate Risk PMO artifacts.
  • Risk & Resource Management Identify potential risks and establish mitigation/contingency plans to address them throughout the project lifecycle. Continuously track aligned resource availability and effectiveness.
  • Status Reporting In alignment with PMO transparency expectations, provide periodic status updates to defined stakeholder groups and project sponsors.
  • Relationships - Build and foster business and technology partner relationships.
  • Project Closeout Upon project completion, hold debrief sessions to identify and document lessons learned.
The base salary range for this position is $81,000-$137,000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidates relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
