Electrician

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Journeyman Electrician to join a reputable and growing team in the Charleston, WV area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and/or industrial settings while ensuring compliance with local and national electrical codes.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures
• Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers
• Identify electrical problems using testing devices
• Read blueprints or technical diagrams
• Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electrical Code
• Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring or equipment
• Ensure all work is performed safely and to code

• Valid Journeyman Electrician License (required)
• Proven experience as an electrician in residential, commercial, or industrial environments
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety procedures
• Ability to read technical documents and blueprints
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and punctuality

• OSHA 10 or 30 certification
• Experience with HVAC systems or control wiring
• Familiarity with local Charleston-area codes and regulations
