Job Description
Manage multiple electrical construction projects ranging from $100K to $10M.
Read specifications and drawings to determine construction requirements and/or plan procedures and produce submittals.
Estimate and prepare budgets including schedule of values for AIA documents.
Obtain permits required for each project.
Assist with scheduling labor based on ongoing projects and requirements of the projects.
Attend project meetings with all parties, including but not limited to owners, general contractors, etc.
Prepare change orders within Timberline software.
Estimate and issue P.O.s on material, equipment, and other supplies within our software.
Manage work progress to ensure jobs are on schedule.
Create positive relationships with clients and vendors.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Timberline Project Management and ProCore software preferred.
