Job Description
Anastasia, a Commercial Construction Recruiter with GPAC, is currently seeking experienced Commercial Drywall Estimators & Project Managers for an immediate full-time opportunity. This is a great chance to join a well-established and growing construction company working on high-value commercial projects.
Position: Commercial Drywall Estimator Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $100K-$150K, based on experience Benefits: Full benefits package, opportunities for career advancement
Responsibilities:
Lead Estimator for all Drywall-related work
Train and mentor junior support estimator
Collaborate with Ops Manager (who acts as PM) in the team structure
Work under Preconstruction Director overseeing all business units
Help maintain and exceed margin targets through accurate estimating
Project Types: Commercial Builds, Universities & Institutional, Office Buildings ,Car Dealerships, Retail & Grocery (Tenant Improvements), Warehouses
Project Size: Avg. $.75M, up to $5M
Software: On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and QuickBid (QB)
Qualifications:
Spent time at a drywall subcontractor
Strong commercial estimating experience
Interested in growing with a company that values tenure and hands-on trade backgrounds
Ready to relocate or already local to St. Louis or Kansas City
