The successful applicant's qualifications will include:
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
- Architectural licensure required
- 10+ years of experience in architectural practice
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam
- Experience in Sketchup is a plus
- Strong hand-drawing skills is a plus
- Rigorous attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of IRC, IBC, ADA, and local building codes
- Strong experience with systems and engineering coordination
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with single-family custom residential projects is required
- Experience with multi-family, developer-driven projects, commercial, or institutional projects is a plus
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and willing to relocate to the Washington DC area
