Sunstate Sweeping is seeking a dedicated Street Sweeper - Equipment Operator to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18-$24, with performance-based incentives and a bi-annual bonus of up to $500 (dependent on performance and safety measures). Night shift drivers will receive a quarterly bonus. Additionally, we offer comprehensive benefits, including:

GET TO KNOW THE ROLE
This full-time position works either the day shift (6:30 AM to 5 PM) or the night shift (7:30 PM to 5 AM).
As a Street Sweeper - Equipment Operator at Sunstate Sweeping, you will be responsible for operating a state-of-the-art sweeper in both residential and commercial areas. Your duties will include clearing debris from parking lots using a backpack blower and sweeping the remaining dirt and trash from streets and parking lots. You will follow detailed maps and directions to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned. Whether on the night shift or day shift, you will contribute to keeping Phoenix clean and well-maintained.
Minimum Requirements:
Valid AZ driver's license or a CDL with a clean MVR
Ability to safely operate heavy machinery
A strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to follow directions and work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience operating heavy machinery or street-sweeping vehicles
