HVAC Technician Wanted- Join a Growing Company!

We're a small HVAC company located in Allentown, hoping to hire a skilled and reliable HVAC technician to join the team! This is a hands-on opportunity to work in the field and to grow into a leadership role!

What We Are Looking For:

HVAC experience required (commercial/light residential)

Experience in:
HVAC System Installation (Mini-splits, central air systems, furnaces, condensers, air handlers, rooftop unit etc.)

Refrigerant line sets, electrical wiring, thermostats
Diagnostics & Repair electrical and mechanical issues
Diagnosing refrigerant leaks, compressor failures, airflow problems

Routine Maintenance
Cleanings, filter changes, refrigerant checks, capacitor testing
Preventive maintenance for residential/light commercial systems

Ductwork & Ventilation
Installing/repairing flexible or rigid ductwork

Other Requirements:
Valid Driver's License with cleaning driving record
Strong work-ethic and problem-solving skills
Able to grow alongside the company
Drug test required
