Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced Electricians for an outdoor project at a factory in Frankfort, IN. This position involves commercial electrical work with a focus on conduit, wiring, and fixtures in an exterior environment. Must be dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work in outdoor conditions.

Work Scope Includes:

• Electrical rough-in and outdoor conduit installation

• Pulling wire, setting fixtures, and wiring devices

• Installing panels and power systems in a factory setting

• Reading blueprints and working with limited supervision

• Following all safety protocols on an active industrial site

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience

• Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, safety glasses, boots)

• Reliable transportation

• Strong work ethic and communication skills
