JOB DESCRIPTION
Hill International is seeking a Construction Inspection Manager in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the management of PennDOT and PA Turnpike CM/CI projects
Manage a pool of inspectors, review timesheets and expense reports
Monitor project budgets and prepare supplements as needed
Assist in the preparation of proposals and statements of interest
Attend training and social meetings outside working hours (e.g. dinner meetings, client board meetings)
Provide technical support to inspectors as needed
Monitor inspector certifications and assist in scheduling (re)certifications as needed
Interact with client representatives
Attend field meetings
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of PennDOT or PA Turnpike CM/CI project experience
Strong understanding of PennDOT ECMS, MS Word, MS Excel and Adobe Acrobat Pro
