The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are finished on time and within budget.Job Duties Initiating, planning, and executing marketing projects Setting project goals and objectives Coordinating with the creative, digital, and sales teams to develop and implement marketing strategies Managing project budgets and timelines Tracking project performance using appropriate metrics, tools, and techniques Ensuring all project stakeholders are kept informed about project progress, deadlines, and potential issues Communicating with clients to understand their marketing needs and goals Organizing and managing resources, including the allocation of staff, equipment, and budgets, for specific projects Reporting on project outcomes and making recommendations for future projectsDigital Marketing & Communications Year 1 Focus - Foundation Building Email Marketing: Start with 2 monthly campaigns (consumer + member), expand to 4 by month 6 Website Management: Content updates, basic maintenance, and RF Insights updates Analytics & Reporting: Basic monthly reports on email and website performance Digital Engagement: Support member text messaging and social media coordination CRM Support: Data entry, list maintenance, and basic customer communicationsFull Role Development - Months 6-12+ Advanced Email Marketing: Four comprehensive monthly campaigns plus HR talent communications Website Development: Major design projects, new page development, SEO optimization Advanced Analytics: Quarterly comprehensive reports covering all channels, Aimpoint survey analysis Strategic Initiatives: Influencer marketing integration, e-commerce exploration, Google Ads management CRM Leadership: System implementation, optimization, and cross-entity consolidationSustainability Data Management Year 1 Focus - Learning & Data Entry Data Collection: Input corporate emissions data and basic Carbon Ready CRM entries Report Support: Assist with USDA grant data organization and basic customer communications System Familiarization: Learn the Carbon Ready CRM platform and sustainability terminology Basic Analysis: Supports simple data aggregation and file organizationFull Role Development - Months 6-12+ Advanced Data Management: Lead Carbon Ready CRM maintenance and media development Analysis & Reporting: Develop Tableau dashboards integrating farm and milling data Process Leadership: Manage LCA processes for milling and farm data integration Strategic Support: Design customer proposals and create marketing tools for sustainability initiatives Grant Management: Take ownership of USDA grant data management and communicationsEducation RequirementsBachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred.
