Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time Contract Position

Position Overview:
A skilled Deburrer/General Laborer is needed to support large parts machining operations. This role focuses heavily on deburring , cleaning, and finishing large machined components to ensure they meet quality and safety standards before final assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deburr machined parts using hand tools, grinders, and other equipment to remove sharp edges, burrs, and imperfections

  • Clean and paint parts after deburring to prepare them for assembly

  • Inspect finished parts for surface quality and dimensional accuracy

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with workplace standards

  • Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

  • Accurately document work processes, inspections, and any issues encountered

  • Work cooperatively with team members to meet production and quality goals

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in manufacturing or machining environments

  • Strong proficiency in using deburring tools, grinders, and inspection equipment

  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions and basic blueprints

  • Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as gauges and micrometers

  • Excellent attention to detail, especially when working with part surfaces and edges

  • Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and quality in every task

  • Good communication skills and a strong team-oriented attitude
