Project Manager - Power Generation & Delivery

We're seeking a dynamic and driven Project Managerto lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering complex infrastructure projects. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in both client-facing and technical environments, and who is ready to take ownership from pre-positioning through project close-out.
What You'll Do
- Lead single or multidiscipline teams through all phases of project execution
- Manage multiple small to medium projects or oversee large-scale initiatives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to business development efforts
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and deliverables to ensure timely and budget-conscious execution
- Facilitate design and production meetings, and oversee QA/QC procedures
- Monitor financial performance and collaborate with leadership on project reviews
- Drive document development and ensure traceable, verifiable, and complete records
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 7+ years of engineering experience
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification
- Experience in thermal generation, hydropower, or demolition projects
- Background in utility-scale power generation

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $85.00/hr.
