Equipment Operator Full-Time (MF, Year-Round)

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Equipment Operator to join our team for year-round, full-time work. Candidates must have experience operating heavy equipment on site development and demolition projects.

Responsibilities include:
Safe and efficient operation of excavators, bulldozers, forklifts, and skid steers
Performing site development, grading, and demolition work
Minor equipment maintenance and repairs as needed
Working MondayFriday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Traveling to job sites typically within an hour of the main yard

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of heavy equipment operating experience
Valid CDL required
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a crew
Reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits:
$32.00-$38.00/hr. depending on experience
Health, dental, and vision insurance
Paid time off
