Roofing sales Manager

Countrywide Contracting is a
Well established small roofing company looking for sales Manager to help grow to next level.

Job duties would consist of placing ads, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and support in field for new reps.

Pay plan would be 3% of total sales on all sales reps under you as their Manager.
Goal Is to add 5 new reps and they produce $4 million in new sales.
For every million each rep hits in sales a bonus of $4k to sales manager.
Every million after that will go up $2k.

Sales reps commission plan here is 12% of total contract paid out when checks come in. (Check for check)
If hit 1 million in sales $20k bonus for rep and pay increase to 14%
Of contract amount.
If house lead commission is 2% less.
If rep is new to business and needs more training we would consider changing the pay plan to rep getting 2% less and sales manager making 2% more till rep hits $250k in sales and is more self efficient.

Little about the company.
Countrywide Contracting has been in business since 2003 and we are a small company out of Stillwater, MN.

We have all the marketing materials needed, web presence, crm, Google reviews (100 5 ) shirts, hats, yard signs, decals, etc..
We have a in house Supplement person that helps with all claims on items missed and depreciation requests.

We have a pm to help ensure jobs go smooth as possible,
A great Admin to schedule and pull permits.

Gaf Certified, Owens Corning preferred and getting tamko's certification this week.

Have everything needed and in place to grow just NEED A GO GETTER.
We also have a full-time marketing manager that is focusing on getting phone to ring.
The more leads we can help produce the easier it is to hire sales reps.
