Excavation Foreman

We are a small excavation company looking to fill a foreman position. We handle commercial, residential, and public works projects. We operate in Ada, Canyon, Boise, Valley, and Gem County. Monday to Friday with a rare Saturday. We run year round with 30-40 hours in winter and 40-55 hours in summer.

Requirements:
- Must be able to read, comprehend, and follow plans
- Operate excavators, skid steers, and rollers
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Run a small crew
- Minimum 4 years experience with at least 1 year as leadership role
