Note: The hourly rate for this position is $41 - $46 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• HOURS: 5 X 8'S
• Lead and supervise electrical teams across multiple job sites (must be willing to travel)
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work activities to meet production goals and project milestones
• Ensure all work meets NEC, state, and local code requirements
• Oversee installations of conduit, wiring, panels, switchgear, and other commercial electrical systems
• Collaborate with project managers, GCs, and inspectors to ensure smooth operations
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate electricians and apprentices to develop team talent
• Identify field issues, troubleshoot, and resolve problems proactively no excuses, just solutions

Qualifications:

• Be eligible to work in the United States
• 10+ years of paid / verifiable supervisory experience in commercial/industrial electrical work
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Strong understanding of NEC codes and jobsite safety regulations
• Ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively Tech-savvy
• Ability to read blueprints and digital construction documents
• Willingness to travel frequently for multi-site operations
• Pride in your work, precision in execution, and relentless attention to detail
