Responsibilities:
Installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems that control the air quality and temperature in buildings
Working with customers to plan new systems and ensure they meet code requirements and safety standards
Interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and spec sheets related to system structure and installation
Using testing and diagnostic instruments to resolve technical problems and ensure system efficiency
Installing and replacing various equipment and components, such as coils, compressors, ductwork, air handlers, UV lights, air cleaners, and humidifiers
