We're seeking an Electrical Engineer to be an important part of our San Antonio team! Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

* Leads electrical design activities

* Supports project managers in developing scope, schedule, and meeting client expectations

* Accountable for schedule and technical quality of engineering tasks

* Effectively recognizes and communicates scope and design changes

* Produces single-line diagrams, installation details, electric room layouts, connection diagrams, cable schedules, control panel layouts and grounding, lighting designs, power plans, breaker coordination studies, and Arc Flash / Short-Circuit Current studies

* Provides local, on-site field investigations and construction reviews

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

* Professional Engineer License (PE)

* Ten years Experience in Electrical Engineering (power)

* Knowledge and application of the National Electrical Code (NEC)

* Knowledge and application of other NFPA codes and industry standards

* Strong working knowledge of Revit

* Ability to lead design and mentor junior engineers

* Familiarity of design and construction specifications

Ideally, youll also have:

* Working knowledge of electrical power analysis software such as SKM or ETAP

* Water, Commercial, higher education, and federal experience
