Spray Dry Operator**

**Job Description**

Join our team as a Spray Dry Operator and play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for utilizing computer systems, handling documentation, and ensuring accurate measurements and processing of liquids and powders in our production environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Fill liquids and powders into tanks using accurate measurements according to formulas.

+ Select the appropriate tank based on manufacturing requirements and batch size.

+ Retrieve raw materials from the warehouse and stage them according to work order instructions.

+ Operate forklifts to move products around the production floor, ensuring safe and efficient material handling.

+ Scan raw materials using barcode scanners to ensure lot number and quantity accuracy.

+ Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety guidelines, and procedures.

+ Accurately fill and pack orders, ensuring correct weight and labeling.

+ Be open to cross-training and assisting in different departments as needed.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience operating Spray Dry machinery.

+ Proficiency in using forklifts, both stand-up and sit-down models.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Prior experience in compounding, blending, or batching in a food or GMP environment.

+ Attention to detail when reviewing batch records.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience with ERP systems and handheld barcode scanners.

+ Experience in warehouse or logistics settings with material handling equipment preferred.

+ Knowledge of safety protocols including respirator protection and lock-out training.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
