Pharmaceutical Maintenance Mechanic

The Pharmaceutical Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for ensuring optimal performance and reliability of production equipment used in the manufacturing of dietary supplements. Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing, packaging, and facility equipment (blenders, tablet presses, encapsulation machines, fillers, etc.).
  
  
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
  
  
• Calibrate and maintain documentation for equipment in compliance with GMP and FDA guidelines.
  
  
• Assist with equipment installation, validation, and continuous improvement projects.
  
  
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment aligned with regulatory and company standards.
  
  
• Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless operations.
  
  
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records in CMMS or other systems.
