Fitter/Welder

***SIGN ON BONUS*** Hiring a Fitter/Welder with experience working on large parts in a heavy manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Fit and weld using 3/32 flux core or .045/.052 solid wire

• Read and follow blueprints with full understanding of welding symbols

• Maneuver bulky components using overhead cranes

• Perform layout, tack, and final welds on thick materials

• Work safely in elevated areas and tight spaces

Requirements:

• Background in heavy plate fabrication

• Proficient in FCAW and GMAW processes

• Able to interpret weld symbols accurately

• Comfortable operating cranes and handling oversized parts

• Not restricted by heights or confined work areas
