Summary

Coordinating facilities project schedules, resources, equipment, and information. Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirement, scope and objectives. Ensuring the Banks needs are met as the project evolves.

Essential Function

Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Banks policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Ability to review facilities project documents, drawings, specifications, and RFPs.

Ability to manage multiple facilities projects.

Coordinate with Engineers and Architects.

Able to analyze project change requests and manage the process.

Prepare project punch lists and monitor completion by contractors.

Initiate on-site project meetings; utilize and manage relationships with vendor and contractors across all construction projects.

Responsible for managing the quality of the facilities projects to ensure successful completion as it relates to on-time and within budget.

Work in partnership with facilities maintenance team to diagnose, resolve, and document facility issues across all regions.

Ability to work at other WesBanco locations as needed, may include overnight travel.

Ability to work overtime as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This job may have supervisory responsibilities when certain trades are being utilized.

Education and/or Experience

Minimum of an Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school

Ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, engineers, contractors, and various tradesmen.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Valid drivers license.

Engineering experience, Electrical experience, 5 years experience in Commercial Construction Project Management or Estimating.

Other Skills and Abilities

Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding.

Ability to lift up to 70 lb.

Understanding and intermediate use of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, drawing software.
