Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and creative Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will meet with clients, engineers, and building architects to understand the requirements of various projects. You will assist clients in defining their priorities and vision by preparing preliminary sketches of options. Additionally, you will prepare site plans, specifications, and cost estimates, coordinate the arrangement of land features and structures, and create graphic representations using CADD software. Selecting appropriate landscaping materials and inspecting project progress to ensure adherence to plans are vital components of this position. You will also engage in marketing activities to seek new work opportunities and modify plans as required. Responsibilities
- Meet with clients, engineers, and building architects to understand project requirements.
- Assist clients in defining priorities and vision by preparing preliminary sketches.
- Prepare site plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate the arrangement of existing and proposed land features and structures.
- Prepare graphic representations of plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) software.
- Select appropriate landscaping materials.
- Inspect landscape project progress to ensure adherence to plans.
- Engage in marketing activities or give presentations to seek new work.
- Modify new or existing plans as required.
- Design irrigation and sprinkler systems with at least 3 months of experience.

- Ability to translate client ideas into visual and/or tangible references such as drawings or models
- 1 year of experience
