Project Architect

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Architect with a Master's degree in Architecture to work on multi-family and housing development projects. The role involves putting together construction documents for these projects and requires a architect with 3 to 10+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Project Architect for multi-family and senior housing development projects.
  • Prepare construction documents using Revit and Sketchup.
  • Engage in project architecture and design, particularly for wood frame structures.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and contractors.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and changes.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in Revit and Sketchup.
  • Strong knowledge of construction documents and BIM.
  • Experience with multi-family and wood frame structures.
  • Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and contractors.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Project Architect or Job Captain experience at a previous firm.
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial building.
  • Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Commitment to a design production role with a long-term growth goal.
  • Aspiration to become licensed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
