Bama Companies is seeking a Full-Time Ammonia Refrigeration Technician in Tulsa, OK. Starting pay is $33.45/hr or more based on experience. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, HSA, FSA, Paid Time Off , and more.

Role Overview: As a Refrigeration Technician, you will maintain ammonia-based refrigeration systems, HVAC, and boilers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations in our production facility. You will be vital in maintaining our manufacturing systems to keep production efficient and safe.

Qualifications: At least 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, proficiency in ammonia refrigeration and HVAC systems, a First Class Stationary Engineer license, knowledge of predictive maintenance, and ability to work any shift. Experience with mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, welding, and shop machinery is required. A degree or training in electrical, electronics, or HVAC is preferred. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and occasional travel is necessary.

Additional Skills: Knowledge of plant support systems, mechanical systems, welding, shop tools, and predictive maintenance concepts. Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.
