NEW - Landscape Construction Laborer

The LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION LABORER is responsible for a variety of job tasks (including mostly physical labor) to assist with the completion of landscape construction projects. Job responsibilities also include utilizing various hand tools, power tools, and equipment to carry out specified job duties.

Construction Laborer Deliverables:
ATTENDANCE: (1) Show up on time every day, ready 5 minutes early and (2) Work 40 hours every week or as needed
UNIFORM: Wear company issued uniform
SAFETY: Wear proper PPE during work hours
DEVELOPMENT: (1) Attend scheduled training sessions, (2) Observe essential techniques in the field and (3) Check with Supervisor often during work to ensure quality/get feedback

Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED or in the process of completing.
Have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
Minimal experience in the landscape/construction industry
Show a willingness to learn and accept our company culture and processes.
Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
Speak, read, and write English.
Ability to walk, stand, and crouch for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks.
Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift.

Work Conditions:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis
Work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold.
Flexible working hours including occasional weekend work and through winter.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20-25 per hour
Expected hours: 36 44 per week
