CCS Construction Staffing is hiring skilled HVAC Mechanics for a commercial project in Brownsburg, IN. We're looking for top-level tradespeople who are experienced in duct installation and full HVAC system setup. If you're dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work-this job is for you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, hang, and fabricate sheet metal ductwork

• Set HVAC units, curbs, and support systems

• Interpret and follow HVAC blueprints and mechanical layouts

• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite while following all safety protocols

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation

• Proficient in ductwork installation and system assembly

• Must have your own tools and full PPE: hard hat, safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
