As a project engineer on FBM you will,
Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility.
Evaluates design changes, specification and drawing releases concerned with technical developments, scheduling and resolving engineering design and test problems against logistics baseline plan.
Support the Production Integrated Product Team (IPT) related to production scope and execution & tracking.
Support coordination of planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of production IPT deliverables and work products within area of assigned responsibility.
Support coordination to closure of line stoppage program actions across Production IPT scope with program CPEs, supply chain and factory team. Ability to plan, control, integrate and complete engineering projects.
Ability to work with engineering program and produce designs.
Demonstrated ability to work with technical leads to manage cost, schedule, and technical scope.
Active Secret clearance with the ability to gain a Top Secret. Project management experience.
Experience throughout engineering lifecycle (system definition, design, build, test and operational deployment)
Lean six-sigma experience.
Experience leading / integrating solutions for geographically disperse teams.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Experience with a combination of design, test, operations, and systems engineering disciplines.
Experience on a missile program.
Experience with missile design development and production program.
DOD Top Secret Clearance.
Familiarity with Navy Strategic System Partners (SSP) Customer.
