Superintendent - Multifamily Developer

Location: Milton, MA

Pay: $140,000-$165,000/year

Schedule: Full-time | On-site

We are working with a Real Estate developer that specializes in high-end multifamily residential projects such as apartment buildings, senior living facilities, campus housing, and more. What you get to do:

Lead and manage daily onsite construction activities

Oversee subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and safety compliance

Report project progress to leadership and key stakeholders

Support preconstruction efforts, constructability reviews, and logistics planning

Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, and authorities

What you need to succeed:

7+ years of experience overseeing onsite construction, preferably multifamily

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent field experience

Proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
