**What Youll Be Doing**
+ Start each day at the shop to prep tools and materials
+ Travel with your crew to job sites across the metro area
+ Install windows, doors, cabinets, and hardware
+ Frame rooms, decks, and perform general carpentry tasks
+ Support remodels, tenant improvements, and new construction
+ Maintain clean workspaces and return to the shop at days end
**Requirements**
+ 2+ years of experience in **carpentry, remodeling, or skilled trades**
+ Proficiency with tape measures, cutting tools, and blueprint reading
+ Skills in framing, finish carpentry, drywall, cabinetry, or millwork
+ Valid drivers license and clean back ground record preferred for compliance
