We’re looking for a driven Maintenance Supervisor to lead and inspire our skilled maintenance team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring all production equipment and facilities are safe, reliable, and running at their best.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, mentor, and support your maintenance team to deliver top-notch results

  • Roll up your sleeves and troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment

  • Plan and schedule preventative maintenance to keep us ahead of downtime

  • Coordinate with production teams to keep everything running smoothly

  • Drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement

  • Manage parts inventory and work closely with vendors to get the job done right

What We’re Looking For
  • Associate’s degree or technical school certification

  • Hands-on experience in electrical troubleshooting, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and reading blueprints/schematics

  • At least 1 year of leadership/supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting

  • Excellent organizational skills, clear communication, and a team-first mindset

salary: $83,200 - $93,600 per year

Responsibilities

  • Oversees, plans and issues work orders to appropriate shift team members for the implementation of equipment modifications as well as preventative and any corrective maintenance.
  • Coordinates repairs and maintenance activities with the production and scheduling departments as necessary.
  • Remains active on the floor including providing any “hands-on” trouble shooting and maintenance of production equipment.
  • Generates maintenance logs and any documents related to operating metrics.
  • Conducts safety inspections of work areas, examines tools/equipment, facilitates safety training to prevent, identify and correct unsafe conditions or violation of safety procedures and rules.
  • Prepares purchase requisitions in order to request any materials and supplies such as tools, equipment and replacement parts. May maintain spare parts inventory dependent on location.
  • May interface with vendors and suppliers as necessary to discuss products used in repair work and/or projects that need to be completed.
  • Fosters a positive working environment.
  • Plans and coordinates the installation and removal of plant equipment.
  • Ensures Maintenance employees are properly trained in all aspects of their jobs to include safety, quality and production. Recommends and coordinates any safety and technical training.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
