Citrix VDI Architect

Requirements:

• 8 or more years of experience designing and supporting Citrix VDI environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure and services.
• Experience with VMware administration.
• Experience in secure virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) design and compliance.
• Experience with system architecture and design for complex environments.
• Experience in advanced system troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical support for Citrix/XenApps server environments.
• Design and develop CUI-compliant VDI environments.
• Analyze system requirements and define design specifications.
• Deploy and support core Microsoft services within the VDI infrastructure.
• Monitor VDI platform performance and ensure high availability.
• Ensure virtual sessions and applications are functioning optimally.
• Provide one-on-one training to system administrators.
