Architectural Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager with approximately 5 years of professional experience, including at least one year in project management. Design experience is preferred. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and a key member of the design team, providing facilitation, guidance, input, and coordination with consultants across the entire project team. Our firm specializes in major maintenance and upgrade projects for PreK-12 educational facilities, with some transportation projects and occasional work in the military and corporate sectors.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and facilitate design teams to ensure project success.
• Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Coordinate multiple consultants to maintain project timelines.
• Manage budgets and invoices, ensuring financial oversight.
• Guide the project team through the entire design process and support construction administration.
• Participate in staffing and coordinate resources across the firm.
• Engage in project pursuits and contribute to strategic planning.

• Proficiency in Revit and Autocad.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in architectural design and construction document preparation.
• Ability to manage and oversee $5-$6 million projects in educational facilities.

• Architecture degree.
• Registered architect status.
• Experience with Sketchup and schematic design.
• Knowledge of construction administration processes.

Our office offers a quiet and flexible work environment, with an initial 6-week onboarding period of 9 am to 5 pm, 5 days per week. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
