What Were Looking For

Service Plumbing Industry Experience (2+ Years) You know your way around installs, repairs, and diagnostics. Were not here to micromanagejust support

Can-Do Attitude You take pride in showing up, solving problems, and doing things the right way

Strong Communicator You can talk to customers like real peopleand earn their trust while youre at it

Licensing/Certifications [EPA, Journeyman License, etc.] are a plus, but well help the right person level up

What You'll Do

Install, service, or maintain plumbing systems

Diagnose and solve system issues with confidence

Educate and communicate with homeowners to build trust

Follow safety/code compliance proceduresno shortcuts, no slop

Represent the brand like a pro: clean, honest, and skilled

Location: Seattle, Washington (In-Person Role)

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: [$85,000 - $250,000+ / year]

Schedule: MondayFriday, with optional overtime or weekends

Bonus Pay: Performance bonuses, overtime, and more

Must Have: Valid drivers license / cleaning driving record + pass background check

Must be able to lift 50lbs and meet the physical demands of a plumbing job
