Type: Full-Time (MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM) + Overtime as needed
Wage: DOE (Depends on Experience)

Company Overview:
Italian Custom Cabinets does more than just build cabinets. We machine, build, and install custom closets, cabinets, and countertops. We're currently looking for a full-time Machine Operator to join our team.

Job Summary:
As a machine operator, youll be responsible for operating and maintaining woodworking machinery, ensuring your work area is clean and organized, and helping maintain overall shop efficiency. Full training on machine operation and basic preventative maintenance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate cabinetry machines based on production needs

Perform routine maintenance and keep machines in good working condition

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Monitor product quality during operation

Communicate with technical support when advanced machine issues occur and follow their instructions for troubleshooting

Requirements:

Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/32

Ability to lift and move up to 80 lbs

Ability to identify and differentiate between sheet stock materials (texture, color)

Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting with tech support

Must speak and understand English

Attention to quality while maintaining machine productivity

Training:
Training will be provided for machine operation, safety procedures, and tool use as needed.
