A well-established fencing and infrastructure solutions provider with in-house manufacturing capabilities, is seeking an Experienced Project Manager Fencing & Guardrail to join their growing team in the Greater New England area. In this role, youll oversee a diverse range of projects, from residential and commercial fencing to high-security enclosures and sound abatement installations. Its an excellent opportunity to lead impactful projects while working with a collaborative and supportive team.
What Youll Do as the Project Manager:
- Oversee and manage a variety of fencing, gate, and guardrail projects from start to finish
- Develop detailed material and stock lists based on job specifications
- Coordinate installation methods, equipment needs, and project logistics
- Manage projects as either a General Contractor or Subcontractor
- Lead and motivate field teams while ensuring all safety protocols are followed
- Maintain project schedules and adapt priorities as needed in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors
- Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across all job sites
Must-Haves as the Project Manager:
- At least 5 years of project management experience in construction (civil, fencing, or guardrail preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and foster teamwork
- Excellent planning, organization, and time management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction software (e.g., BlueBeam)
- A proactive problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening (including marijuana)
Nice-to-Haves as the Project Manager:
- Experience managing high-security or sound abatement installations
- Familiarity with both manufacturing and field installation processes
- OSHA safety certifications or similar credentials
