This role involves installing, maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems with a focus. **Duties & Responsibilities:**

+ Complete Job Site Safety Assessments and participate in daily safety meetings with all crew members upon arrival to job site

+ Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components on renewable energy projects while maintaining quality and safety

+ Collaborate with site foremen, project managers, engineers and other trades to ensure timely and efficient project completion

+ Track time on site complete daily onsite job time reports

+ Onsite customer service with clients and contractors

+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

+ Maintain clean work site and with daily clean up before leaving the job site

+ Troubleshooting batteries/solar and electrical infrastructure

+ Maintain strict safety practices on all job sites 0 injuries

+ Perform other duties as required or assigned

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Valid Utah Journeyman License

+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial or industrial work

+ Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills

+ Ability to pass a pre-hire and random drug screens

+ Self-motivated with ability to work independently with little supervision and work well with others

+ Problem solving Skills

+ Attention to details

+ Knowledge of MS Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

+ Knowledge of how to use a Digital Multi-Meter

+ Have own hand and power tools

+ Clean MVR and ability to operate a company vehicle

+ OSHA 10 or OSHA 30

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Minimum 1+ years experience in solar installation

**Job Details:**

+ Job Type: Full Time

+ Monday Thursday work week 4 x 10 hour days with opportunities for overtime pay (Possible Monday Friday 5 x 8 hour days depending on project needs)

+ $32 - $42 per hour depending on experience

+ Annual performance bonus

+ 2 weeks PTO Is given in one flat rate on the date of your hire and the first paycheck following your anniversary.
