Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the overall functionality and efficiency of the facility. The ideal candidate will have effective problem-solving abilities, advanced mechanical experience, and a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Maintenance Mechanic II
**Location:** Swedesboro, NJ
**Pay Range:** $20 per hour
**Shift:** Must have availability between 7:30 am to midnight

**What's the Job?**
+ Inspect the building, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
+ Perform minor building, plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs as necessary.
+ Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
+ Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
+ Assist with parts inventory and planning/scheduling repairs.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School diploma/GED required.
+ A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
+ Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
+ Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs unassisted.
+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
