Heavy Equipment Operator**
**Job Description**
The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for operating machinery that excavates, backfills, and grades land to prepare it for construction projects focusing on civil and erosion control. This role requires proficiency in handling heavy equipment and the ability to lead crews in remote areas across the nation.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, loaders, and motor graders.
+ Lead crews in remote locations across the country.
+ Adhere to engineering designs on projects, ensuring proficiency with blueprints.
+ Maintain inventory on equipment and supplies.
+ Communicate effectively with other subcontractors on site.
**Essential Skills**
+ 15+ years of experience working in the Oil and Gas industry.
+ 10+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
+ Proficiency in engineering and design construction for pipeline projects.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in the pipeline/oil and gas/petroleum industry is preferred.
+ Ability to pass DOT requirements.
+ Capability to travel extensively, potentially for months at a time.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
