Construction Laborer**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team for a short-term temporary project, with work hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Lunch is provided on-site daily. Job duties are below!

**Responsibilities**

+ Work off ladders and lift demolished debris.

+ Participate in demolition of walls, hardwood floors, and ceilings affected by fire damage.

+ Clean up work site after tasks are completed.

+ Adhere to safety procedures and use power tools effectively.

+ Perform carpentry tasks as needed.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in construction and field service.

+ Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.

+ Understanding of safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.

+ Demolition experience.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Own tools and PPE are nice to have.

+ Past experience in restoration demolition is advantageous.

**Work Environment**

The work takes place in a large building that recently experienced fire damage. Tasks include demolishing affected areas across four floors and the basement. Required attire includes vests, hard hats, gloves, SN95 mask, and a high visibility shirt provided by the company.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract position based out of Worcester, Massachusetts.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
