Civil Construction Laborer

We are seeking qualified civil construction laborers to join our team. This position is for highly motivated, safety-minded individuals who enjoy working outside in a fast pasted environment.

Required Skills and Experience
-1-2 years experience in civil construction
-Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
-Must be detail oriented and safety minded
-Physically capable of lifting or moving 60 lbs
-Must be punctual, dependable and a team player
-Good communication skills and ability to take instruction from supervisors
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
-Assist in demolition and building projects, checking grade, running hand operated compaction equipment, shoveling, raking, installing erosion control materials
-Operate walk-behind compaction equipment, jumping jacks and other handheld power tools
-Assist operators with site development and underground utility installation from the ground
