WSP is seeking Federal Programs Project Managers to work out of various offices including San Antonio, TX;
Tacoma, WA;
San Diego, CA;
Washington, DC;
Pittsburgh, PA;
Virginia Beach, VA; or Denver, CO. You will be involved in projects with our Federal Programs Team, helping to meet client objectives and solve challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Lead design projects, stakeholder interviews, and presentations for clients.
  • Manage design processes and provide technical expertise.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for design implementation and review workshops.
  • Develop construction documents for federal projects.
  • Conduct on-site observations and compliance checks.
  • Review and ensure quality of design documents and client comments.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff.
  • Assist in marketing responses to RFQs.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • 10+ years of experience in architecture or engineering.
  • PE or RA license.
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
  • Experience with US Navy, NAVFAC, USACE, DoD, or Air Force projects.
  • Knowledge of building codes and standards (UFCs, UFGS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently within budgets and schedules.
  • Relocation assistance available.
Preferred
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • PMP certification.

WSP offers comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave , and more. Salary range varies by location, approximately $117,000 to $198,200, with specific ranges for Colorado.
