Who Were Looking For:

As a key member of the Engineering tea m , the Electro-Mechanical Technician will work in a clean room environment, provid ing technical support, calibration, installation, repair and preventive maintenance for medical devices.

This role works Mon-Thurs, 2nd Shift 3pm-1am; Overtime on Friday may be available

About the Role:

• Provide support for equipment such as pneumatics, laser drills, label and inkjet printers, conveyors, corona surface treaters, induction tippers, balloon formers, vacuum formers, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Execute procedures for calibration, document their completion, and consistently complete all calibration verifications on schedule provided.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, document their completion, and consistently complete all preventive maintenance on schedule provided.
• Assist Engineering in fixture qualifications for new/existing equipment as required, including collection of data, and supporting design of new equipment or equipment modifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Previous experience working with biomedical equipment
• Strong demonstrated "hands-on" ability to maintain mechanical and electrical systems and equipment
• Ability to work with diverse cultures and language barriers in a minimal English speaking environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Troubleshooting of complex systems
• Understanding of manufacturing processes
• Associate degree in Biomedical Engineering Technology , Applied Sciences, or related field
• Ability to interpret technical data like electronic circuit diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
